HR Interview
An interview with our Human Resources team to introduce you to the company and the position. It’s an opportunity to meet people with the positive mindset we’re looking for.
Test your skills
A test adapted to the position you’re aiming for that will put your reasoning, skills and knowledge to the test. If we work together, we’ll know how to support you in the future.
Operational maintenance
Debriefing of the test via an interview with a line manager and/or a manager, followed by discussions about your approach and the position.

In accordance with legal and regulatory provisions aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men in the company, Intrinsec calculated its 2023 Gender Equality Index for calendar year 2022 and obtained an overall score of 81/100, broken down by indicator as follows:
- The gender pay gap, calculated on the basis of women’s average pay compared with men’s, by age group and equivalent job category (34 points out of 40);
- The gap in the rate of individual salary increases between women and men (35 points out of 35);
- The percentage of employees who received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave, if pay rises occurred during the period in which the leave was taken (incalculable indicator due to absence of returns from maternity leave);
- The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the ten highest-paid employees (0 points out of 10).
